And the book is available NOW. It has reached #1 Best Selling status on Amazon in its category.

I haven’t read all the stories in this book, therefore I can’t recommend them to all ages, nor can I attest to the language used in all the stories. I can tell you that my story, Spirit Lake, is suitable for ALL ages and is a “Clean Read.”

Did you ever have a relative who told stories to you as a child? I did. My Uncle Hjelmer (name spelling simplified for the telling of this story) told me all about The Legend of Spirit Lake, when I asked why my favorite place to go swimming in Menagha, Minnesota was called by such a name. That story never left me. When my writing group decided to hold a contest for spooky stories, I decided to tell everyone about Spirit Lake, the way it had been told to me. Well, almost the way it was told to me, anyway. Being the writer I am, I may have embellished the tale…just a tad.

If you love scary stories, you’ll want to check this one out. If you dare.
